Enjoy Freedom and Profit with the UK’s Leading Kitchen Facelift Franchise!
Why Dream Doors franchisees now
enjoy greater reward?
What do you want from a franchise?
You can have all of this running your own Dream Doors franchise. And you don't need any kitchen industry experience... The key to your success with Dream Doors is YOU! |
From £500 to
£10 million in just ten years!
So, who are Dream Doors?
With full membership of the bfa, Dream Doors has been successfully
selling kitchen facelifts across the UK for more than 10 years. The business was started with
just £500 in 1999, and last year achieved group turnover of
more than £10 million.
There are now 30 Dream Doors showrooms across the country. The
average yearly sales from a showroom is £350,000. With your
commitment and determination, and our proven business model, you
can expect to achieve more than £500,000 in annual
turnover beyond year 2.
There are many reasons why the Dream
Doors management franchise is built for your success. We

Dream Doors franchisees also make
regular appearances on ITV's 60 Minute Makeover!
Record sales and growth. Despite
the downturn!
Last year, the Dream Doors network
achieved an 18 percent increase in sales, with some
exceptional performances from hard working
franchise owners. Dream Doors Lincoln's Chris Hann sold a
staggering £91,237 in February, and
£111,408 in November. His outstanding
performance secured him the coveted 'franchisee of the year'
award
atDecember's annual
conference.
Says Chris: "One of the most enjoyable aspects of the business is
that you are driven by your customers and not by a boss. This is a
dynamic environment to work in. No two days are ever the
same."
In addition, Dream Doors branches
in Dorset and Nottingham each achieved turnover of more than
£500,000 for the third year
running.
Why demand for Dream
Doors will continue to
grow
A Dream Doors kitchen facelift is popular with customers for three
good reasons:
1. It saves them
time
2. It saves them money
3. It saves them hassle
This means that Dream Doors’
services and products are in demand, which means all 30 of its
franchisees are in demand. That’s what makes Dream Doors
profitable for everyone involved.
Did you know that 80% of Dream Doors' customer base is in the 50+
age group?
This is the most rapidly growing demographic, and its great for
Dream Doors franchisees, because this key group has the most
disposable income. Those in the 50+ age group aren’t looking
to move house; they simply want to improve what they already have
– usually without the hassle of a full re-fit. Dream Doors
provides the ideal solution…made to measure
replacement doors.
Moreover, customers feel confident dealing with a local business
owner who has the backing of a national brand. That’s every
single one of Dream Doors’ franchisees.
No kitchen experience needed. Why? Because, believe it or not,
you'll never have to fit a
kitchen!
Dream Doors get straight on the
case to help you find the perfect kitchen installation team. Which
means you can focus on what you do best – meeting customers
and running your business.

Find out how Dream Doors
franchisees have changed their lives, and their fortunes, since
joining the UK's most successful kitchen facelift
franchise.
Helen and Philip Mahon from Dream Doors in Norfolk have come a long
way in the last three years. Says Helen: “We'd never
done anything like this before. Running a business, selling
to customers and working in the kitchen industry were all very
new to us. We've had quite a steep learning curve, but it’s
been an exciting challenge. I’ve never felt so
excited, enthusiastic or inspired by
work before. This is a whole new experience!”
She adds, “The training and support is fantastic, and has
reinforced the fact that we made the right decision choosing Dream
Doors as a franchise. There have been plenty of visits from our
Franchise Support Manager to keep us on the right path. And
we’ve also had courses in sales, finance and building
regulations which have been really useful.”
How Dream Doors has helped its franchisees become even more
profitable
Dream Doors is putting more pounds in its franchisees pockets. How?
By staggering the Management Service (MS) fee all franchisees pay
as a percentage of their annual turnover. What this means is that
you can now add thousands of pounds of profit to your bottom line,
simply by hitting certain, very achievable targets.
Explained in more detail, MS fees are needed to cover Dream
Doors’ operating costs, which include things such as
training, franchisee support, marketing, IT and head office
facilities. With the new MS fee structure, when any Dream Doors
franchisee turns over more than £275,000, the MS fee drops to
6.2%. And when sales exceed £400,000, the fee plummets to just
4.2%.
This means the more you earn, the less you pay! What could be
fairer than that?
Training & Support
Our award winning training programme is vital to your success as a
Dream Doors franchise owner. You'll be given quarterly business
coaching in:

This business coaching is in
addition to the unlimited field support you'll get from experienced
Regional Managers and the head office team. Your initial training
is conducted over three weeks: one week at Dream Doors’
corporate offices, and two weeks in your own territory.
Chris Jones of Dream Doors Peterborough says: “I have to
credit Dream Doors for the training and support they’ve
provided. It’s been excellent. Troy has invested heavily in
new finance and sales training courses. He’s also organised
regular ‘best practice’ days where we get to network
and learn from our more established peers.”
Dream Doors Showroom and
Brand Credibility Will Treble
Your Sales
Did you know that customer conversions from a showroom are
as high as 75 percent?
Dream Doors chooses destination locations such as residential
shopping parades to attract high calibre customers, ones who find
out about Dream Doors through key local marketing channels, and
through our national advertising
campaigns. Which means most people walking through your showroom
doors have already made the decision to buy.
In the three months leading up to his Kingston showroom opening,
franchise owner Justin Dunn sold £35,000 of kitchen facelifts.
In the three months after opening, he sold £154,000!
Now that’s credibility!
In their first year working from home, Phillip and Helen Mahon sold
£135,000. In their first year operating out of their
new showroom, they sold £437,000!
